Joel Neuenhaus
Founder & President
Joel has operated in the real estate industry for 20+ years. He most recently served as the Head of Real Estate for Irene Retirement, a venture capital backed startup and continues as a consultant for Community Asset Preservation Corporation, a real estate development company headquartered in Newark.
Prior to starting General Referral, Joel served in a leadership role at Hudson Cove Realty, a New Jersey licensed real estate brokerage.
Joel currently holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker license, New York State Real Estate Broker license, a B.S. in Economics and a M.S. in Real Estate.
FRANK BOCCUZZI
Advisor
Frank has spent the last decade working to help distressed homeowners and investors. As President of New Horizon Mitigation, Frank oversees contracts with 20+ law firms and a sales pipeline of 125+ live transactions.
Frank is an active real estate investor and holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker license since 2009.
